1. Agreement

By accessing or using DevFlow ("the Service"), operated by Upton Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DevFlow is a web-based project management platform designed for small development consultancies. The Service includes kanban boards, time tracking, client portal access, approval workflows, and integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share accounts or credentials between individuals.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within DevFlow (projects, tickets, time entries, files, comments). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

6. Pricing and Payment

DevFlow uses flat monthly pricing with no per-seat fees. Specific pricing tiers will be published at launch. Early access users may receive promotional pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upton Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
