Tracking Time on Tickets
Log time on any ticket with the built-in timer or manual entries. Hours automatically roll up to project budgets so you always know where your time is going.

Open a ticket
Navigate to any project and click on a ticket to open its detail view.

Start the timer
Click the timer icon in the ticket header. The timer starts counting immediately.

Stop the timer
Click the timer again when you're done. The time entry is saved automatically with the date and duration.

Add manual entries
If you forgot to start the timer, click Add Time Entry and enter the hours, date, and an optional note.

Review time logs
All time entries appear on the ticket detail page. Hours roll up to the project budget if one is configured.
