Setting Up the Client Portal
Give your clients their own login so they can track project progress, leave feedback on tickets, and access shared files — without seeing your internal work.
Create a client
Go to the Clients page and click + New Client. Enter the company name and any relevant details.
Add a client user
On the client detail page, click Add Client User and enter their name and email address.
Client receives login
The client user gets an email with instructions to set up their account. They log in at the same URL but see a simplified portal view.
Configure visibility
Clients can only see projects assigned to their company. Internal notes and team comments are hidden — they only see customer-facing threads.
Test the portal
Sign in as the client user (or use dev mode) to verify they see the right projects and can leave comments on tickets.
