Inviting Team Members and Assigning Roles

Build your team by inviting members and assigning the right level of access. DevFlow supports four roles so everyone sees exactly what they need.

Open Team Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar, then select the Team tab.

Click Invite Member

Enter your team member's email address in the invite field.

Assign a role

Choose Admin (full access including settings and billing) or Member (can manage projects and tickets but not workspace settings).

Send the invitation

Click Send Invite. Your team member receives an email with a link to join your workspace.

Manage existing members

You can change roles or remove members at any time from the same Team settings page.
