Creating Your First Project

Get your first project up and running in under two minutes. This guide walks you through naming your project, linking a client, and creating your first ticket.

Sign in to DevFlow

Open app.digitaldevflow.com and sign in with your account. If you're on a trial, you'll land on an empty dashboard.

Click New Project

In the left sidebar, click the + New Project button. This opens the project creation form.

Fill in project details

Enter a project name (e.g., 'Acme Website Redesign'), select the client from the dropdown, and optionally add a description.

Choose a workflow

Select the default Kanban workflow or customize columns later. The default gives you To Do, In Progress, Review, and Done.

Start adding tickets

Click into your new project and use the + button to create your first ticket. Add a title, description, and assign it to a team member.
